Soul Ascent
Made for the 2024 RGDC Halloween Game Jam
You're dead, sent to the bottom most layer of hell. Thankfully, Satan likes you and gives you an offer. You can ascend Hell to get back to the world of the living, but to do so you must get there off the backs of other damned souls.
A & D to move, Space to jump, left click to "bash".

Fun game. It took me 3 minutes and 55 seconds to beat. Most of that time was spent on the last level.
Not gonna lie, I couldn't get past the second level XD I really like the 'hang' when you click, that made it soooo much easier for newb platformers like me :)
Last level was pretty hard, I like the controls! The single jump level made me think about how to best angle each soul jump for maximum effect.
